В Администрации Курской области Губернатор региона Роман Владимирович Старовойт вручил ректору КГМУ профессору Виктору Анатольевичу Лазаренко нагрудный знак Заслуженного деятеля науки Российской Федерации. Указом Президента Российской Федерации от 18 апреля 2022 года № 212 «О награждении государственными наградами Российской Федерации» ректору КГМУ профессору В.А. Лазаренко было присвоено почетное звание «Заслуженный деятель науки Российской Федерации».

Почётное звание «Заслуженный деятель науки Российской Федерации» установлено Указом Президента Российской Федерации от 30 декабря 1995 года № 1341 «Об установлении почётных званий Российской Федерации, утверждении положений о почётных званиях и описания нагрудного знака к почётным званиям Российской Федерации». 

Это почетное звание присваивается видным ученым, научные труды которых получили высокую оценку и признание научной общественности в Российской Федерации и за рубежом, за личные заслуги: в разработке приоритетных направлений науки, технологий и техники, способствующих осуществлению российскими организациями существенного научного и технологического прорыва, а также обеспечению лидерства Российской Федерации в научном мире; в успешном внедрении и использовании научных разработок и их результатов в высокотехнологичном производстве; в создании научных межотраслевых школ, в том числе в области нанотехнологий; в развитии и осуществлении научно-исследовательской деятельности в образовательных организациях высшего образования Российской Федерации с привлечением к работе студентов, аспирантов и молодых ученых; в достижении иных значимых результатов профессиональной деятельности.

RECTOR WAS AWARDED THE BADGE OF HONORED SCIENTIST OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION

In the Administration of the Kursk region, the Governor of the region Roman Vladimirovich Starovoit awarded the Rector of KSMU Professor Viktor Anatolyevich Lazarenko the badge of Honored Scientist of the Russian Federation. By the decree of the President of the Russian Federation of April 18, 2022 No. 212 "On conferring state awards of the Russian Federation", rector of KSMU Professor V.A. Lazarenko was awarded the honorary title "Honored Scientist of the Russian Federation".

The honorary title "Honored Scientist of the Russian Federation" was established by the Decree of the President of the Russian Federation of December 30, 1995 No. 1341 "On establishment of honorary titles of the Russian Federation, approval of regulations on honorary titles and description of a badge to honorary titles of the Russian Federation".

This honorary title is awarded to prominent scientists, whose scientific works have received high appreciation and recognition of the scientific community in the Russian Federation and abroad, for their personal merits: in the development of priority areas of science, technology and technics that contribute to the implementation of a significant scientific and technological breakthrough by Russian organizations, as well as ensuring the leadership of the Russian Federation in the scientific world; in the successful introduction and use of scientific developments and their results in high-tech production; in the creation of scientific intersectoral schools, including in the field of nanotechnology; in the development and implementation of research activities in educational organizations of higher education of the Russian Federation with the involvement of students, postgraduate students and young scientists; in the achievement of other significant results of professional activity.
