На мероприятии  подведены итоги работы за истекший месяц и намечены  перспективы работы вуза. Заседание началось с поздравлений за достижения: одно из самых значимых – присвоение ректору КГМУ В.А. Лазаренко почетного звания «Заслуженный деятель науки Российской Федерации».
КГМУ традиционно остается на верхних позициях престижных мировых и отечественных рейтингов:  THE IMPACT RANKING 2022. Курский медуниверситет занял: 1 место в регионе, 2 место среди медицинских вузов России в общем зачете, 20 место среди всех вузов России в общем зачете.
По результатам национального агрегированного рейтинга (НАР) вузов России Курский государственный медицинский университет стал единственным вузом г. Курска, включенным во 2-ю Лигу НАР-2022, представляющую вузы с высокими и стабильными показателями в рейтингах.
Комитет молодежной политики Курской области выразил благодарность ректору КГМУ Лазаренко В.А. за реализацию государственной молодежной политики, развитие студенческого творчества и поддержку талантливой молодежи, а также за вклад в развитие добровольческого движения в Курской области.
Курский государственный медицинский университет стал победителем в VIII Всероссийском конкурсе «Пресс-служба вуза», проводимом журналом «Аккредитация в образовании».  
Отличных результатов достигли наши спортсмены в рамках Спартакиады вузов Курской области (КРО РССС) 2022 года. Женская и мужская сборные по волейболу заняли 1 место. Также наши студенты стали победителями по шахматам, тяжелой атлетике.
Творческая сфера традиционно приносит нашему вузу высокие награды. Так, в областном фестивале «Студенческая весна Соловьиного края-2022» 25 наших студентов стали лауреатами 1 – 3 степеней, 20 – дипломантами.
С отчетом о работе кафедры оперативной хирургии и топографической анатомии им. Альберта Дмитриевича Мясникова за истекшие 5 лет выступил заведующий - профессор А.И. Бежин. Были обсуждены достижения и проблемы в учебно-воспитательной и научно-исследовательской деятельности, намечены планы.
Также члены ученого совета обсудили работу кафедры физики, информатики и математики за 5 лет.  Соответствующий отчет предоставлен зав. кафедрой Л. В. Снегиревой.
Начальник Центра трудоустройства выпускников О.С. Колчина представила доклад «КГМУ в системе «карьерный сервис вуза – успешное трудоустройство выпускников»». Олеся Сергеевна отчиталась о результатах работы структурного подразделения за 2021-2022 учебный год, а также рассказала о победе Центра трудоустройства выпускников КГМУ в номинации «Лучшая практика управления портфолио выпускников вузов» во Всероссийском Смотре-конкурсе лучших практик Центров карьеры, организатором которого выступало Министерство науки и высшего образования РФ. В связи с расширением функционала и трансформацией работы структурного подразделения по формированию карьерных траекторий студентов, начиная с первых лет обучения в КГМУ, члены ученого совета приняли предложение переименовать «Центр трудоустройства выпускников» в «Центр карьеры». В планах подразделения значится продолжение развития цифровой карьерной среды КГМУ на Федеральной платформе «Факультетус», к которой КГМУ подключился первым среди медицинских вузов страны, а также апгрейд добровольного объединения «Ассоциация выпускников КГМУ».
О современном состоянии нормативно-правового регулирования подготовки научно-педагогических кадров в аспирантуре членов ученого совета проинформировала начальник Центра качества образования и подготовки научных кадров, доцент Виктория Александровна Солянина.
На ученом совете были утверждены: «Положение об официальном сайте КГМУ»; «Концепция развития студенческого спорта КГМУ до 2025 года», изменения в Положение об оплате труда, дополнительные профессиональные программы повышения квалификации на 2022 год.

THE SCIENTIFIC COUNCIL WAS HELD AT KURSK STATE MEDICAL UNIVERSITY

The event summed up the results of the work over the past month and outlined the prospects of the university. The meeting began with congratulations for achievements: one of the most significant was the awarding of the honorary title "Honored Scientist of the Russian Federation" to the Rector of KSMU V.A. Lazarenko.
KSMU traditionally remains in the top positions of prestigious world and domestic ratings: THE IMPACT RANKING 2022. Kursk Medical University took: 1st place in the region, 2nd place among Russian medical universities in the overall standings, 20th place among all Russian universities in the overall standings.
According to the results of the national aggregated rating (NAR) of Russian universities, Kursk State Medical University became the only university in Kursk included in the 2nd League of NAR-2022, representing universities with high and stable indicators in the ratings.
The Kursk Region Youth Policy Committee expressed gratitude to the Rector of KSMU V.A. Lazarenko for the implementation of the state youth policy, the development of student creativity and support for talented youth, as well as for his contribution to the development of the volunteer movement in the Kursk region.
Kursk State Medical University became the winner in the VIII All-Russian competition "Press service of the university", conducted by the journal "Accreditation in Education".
Excellent results were achieved by our athletes in the framework of the Spartakiad of universities of the Kursk region (CRO RSSS) in 2022. The women's and men's volleyball teams took 1st place. Also, our students became winners in chess and weightlifting.
The creative sphere traditionally brings high awards to our university. Thus, in the regional festival "Student Spring of the Nightingale Region-2022" 25 of our students became laureates of 1-3 degrees and 20 – diploma holders.
The report on the work of the Department of Operative Surgery and Topographic Anatomy named after Albert Dmitrievich Myasnikov for the past 5 years was made by the head - Professor A.I. Bezhin. Achievements and problems in educational and research activities were discussed and plans were outlined.

The head of the Center for the Quality of Education and Training of Scientific Personnel, Associate Professor Victoria Aleksandrovna Solyanina informed the members of the Academic Council about the current state of the regulatory environment of the scientific and pedagogical staff training in postgraduate studies.
The Academic Council approved: "Regulations on the official website of KSMU"; "The concept of  KSMU student sports development  until 2025", amendments to the Regulations on remuneration, additional professional training programs for 2022.
