11 мая 2021 в КГМУ состоялся круглый стол  в мультидисциплинарном формате, посвященного особенностям течения и лечения ВИЧ в период пандемии COVID -19. Актуализация проблемы связана с обращением Курского областного комитета здравоохранения к медицинским учреждениям и образовательным организациям области об усилении внимания к проблемам особенностей течения ВИЧ/СПИДа в условиях пандемии коронавирусной инфекции COVID-19, клиническим и дерматологическим проявлениям болезни, сочетанием ВИЧ инфекции с другой инфекционной патологией. Фокус внимания к ВИЧ инфекции в настоящее время обусловлена тем, что вторичный иммунодефицит постоянно прогрессирует среди населения, поражая все большее и большее количество людей не только в России, но и во всем мире. Инфекция развивается медленно, провоцируя повышение уязвимости организма к болезням вирусного и бактериального характера. В развернутый клинический период болезни основная инфекция дополняется вторичной. Также актуальность проблемы ВИЧ в том, что на сегодняшний день еще не изобретено лекарство, позволяющее полностью избавиться от опасного недуга, поэтому важна профилактика.  Этим обусловлен тематический выбор проведения  круглого стола сотрудниками кафедр дерматовенерологии, инфекционных болезней и эпидемиологии и фармакологии КГМУ. С приветственным словом выступила модератор конференции, зав. кафедрой дерматовенерологии КГМУ д.м.н., профессор Силина Л.В., которая осветила актуальность тематики, подчеркнув необходимость усиления внимания к данной проблеме, отметив особенности дерматологических проявлений у ВИЧ инфицированных, болеющих коронавирусной инфекцией. В ходе мероприятия  выступили: студент 5 курса педиатрического факультета Лукашов М.М.  «Анализ заболеваемости ВИЧ-инфекцией в Курской области», студентка 3 курса лечебного факультета Федотова М.С.  «Эпидемиологический анализ распределения ВИЧ-позитивных в Курской области по основным факторам риска заражения», студент 5 курса лечебного факультета Лукьянченко А. «ВИЧ-инфекция и токсоплазмоз». Активное участие в мероприятии приняли клинические ординаторы кафедры дерматовенерологии первого года обучения Бондаренко Э., Гладченко Ю., Бруева К., Зенцова А., выступив с сообщениями по дерматологическим проявлениям ВИЧ/СПИДа – вирусным дерматозам, пиодермиям и кандидозным поражениям. Дискуссия продемонстрировала интерес к обсуждаемой проблеме. С заключительным словом   выступили зав. кафедрой инфекционных болезней и эпидемиологии, доцент Киселева В.В. и зав. кафедрой фармакологии, д.м.н., профессор Маль Г.С., обратив внимание на своевременность проведения мероприятия в межкафедральном формате, что объединяет усилия ученых различных специальностей в едином научном русле.

PECULIARITIES OF THE HIV INFECTION COURSE IN CONDITIONS OF THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC

On May 11, 2021 a round table discussion was held at KSMU in a multidisciplinary format, dedicated to the peculiarities of the HIV course and treatment during the COVID-19 pandemic. The problem actualization is associated with the appeal of the Kursk Regional Health Committee to medical institutions and educational organizations of the region about increasing attention to the problems of the peculiarities of the HIV / AIDS course in the context of the COVID-19 coronavirus infection pandemic, clinical and dermatological manifestations of the disease, the combination of HIV infection with other infectious pathologies. The focus of attention on HIV infection is currently due to the fact that secondary immunodeficiency is constantly progressing among the population, affecting more and more people not only in Russia, but throughout the world. The infection develops slowly, provoking an increase in the body's vulnerability to diseases of a viral and bacterial nature. In the extended clinical period of the disease, the main infection is complemented by a secondary one. Also, the urgency of the HIV problem is that today a medicine has not yet been invented that allows you to completely get rid of a dangerous ailment, therefore prevention is important. This is the reason for the thematic choice of the round table discussion by the staff of the Departments of Dermatovenereology, Infectious Diseases, Epidemiology and Pharmacology of KSMU. The conference moderator, head of the Department of Dermatovenereology of KSMU Doctor of Medical Sciences Professor L.V. Silina gave a welcoming speech and highlighted the relevance of the topic, emphasizing the need to increase attention to this problem, noting the features of dermatological manifestations in HIV-infected patients with coronavirus infection. During the event the following speakers presented their reports: 5th year student of the Pediatric Faculty M.M. Lukashov "Analysis of the HIV Infection Incidence in the Kursk region", 3rd year student of the Medical Faculty M.S. Fedotova "Epidemiological Analysis of the HIV-positive People Classification in the Kursk Region by the Main Risk Factors for Infecting", 5th year student of the Medical Faculty A. Lukianchenko "The HIV infection and Toxoplasmosis". Clinical residents of the Department of Dermatovenereology of the first year of study E. Bondarenko, Yu. Gladchenko, K. Brueva, A. Zentsova took an active part in the event with reports on the dermatological manifestations of HIV / AIDS - viral dermatoses, pyoderma and candidiasis. The discussion showed interest in the issue under discussion. The closing remarks were made by the head of the Department of Infectious Diseases and Epidemiology, Associate Professor V.V. Kiseleva and head of the Department of Pharmacology, Doctor of Medical Sciences, Professor G.S. Mal, drawing attention to the timeliness of the event in the interdepartmental format, which unites the efforts of scientists of various specialties in a single scientific activity.
