В соответствии с договоренностью, достигнутой в ходе визита в КГМУ Чрезвычайного и Полномочного Посла Индии в Российской Федерации и Планом мероприятий Минздрава России 15-16 июня 2017 года в Курском государственном медицинском университете состоялся международный форум «Россия-Индия: 70 лет совместной деятельности по охране здоровья граждан и развитию здравоохранения».

В первый день форума 15 июня 2017 года в Центре аккредитации и симуляционного обучения прошел мастер-класс «Инновационные технологии освоения практических медицинских навыков», где были продемонстрированы возможности отработки практических навыков обучающихся по оказанию медицинской помощи.

На международном симпозиуме 16 июня 2017 года в конференц-зале были заслушаны и обсуждены следующие доклады:

 - Интеграция КГМУ в международное образовательное пространство как приоритетное направление развития медицинского образования – проректор по непрерывному образованию и международному сотрудничеству И.Г. Комиссинская;

- Подготовка индийский студентов в КГМУ: история, современность, перспективы – декан международного факультета профессор Ю.Д. Ляшев. В докладе была представлена информация об истории зарождения дружеских отношений между Россией и Индией, а также о первых индийских студентах, прибывших на обучение в КГМУ;

- Генетические исследования КГМУ  - профессор кафедры биологии, медицинской генетики и экологии А.В. Полоников. В ходе выступления были подняты проблемы генетических исследований, способах изучения и о новейших технологиях, используемых в генетической лаборатории  КГМУ.

-Опыт курской клинической школы в диагностике и лечении онкологических заболеваний – заведующий кафедрой онкологии доцент В.В. Хвостовой. Докладчик к.м.н. ассистент Ю.С. Ворона рассказал присутствующим о причинах возникновения онкологических заболеваний в России и Индии, о выдающихся онкологах Индии, подкрепив свое выступление фотографиями больных на разных стадиях онкологических заболеваний;

- Международное сотрудничество в рамках концепции интернационализации университета – профессор кафедры оперативной хирургии и топографической анатомии им. А.Д. Мясникова В.А. Липатов. В выступлении младшего научного сотрудника лаборатории экспериментальной хирургии и онкологии НИИ экспериментальной медицины Наимзада Давида были проанализированы основные направления интернационализации образовательной организации высшего образования на примере Курского государственного медицинского университета.

В работе международного форума также приняли участие: советник при ректорате, почетный консул Демократической Социалистической Республики Шри-Ланка в Курске М.Т. Шехине, деканы, заведующие кафедр,  сотрудники кафедр хирургических болезней №1, эндокринологии, клинической фармакологии, общей и клинической психологии, управления по международным связям, а также актив землячеств иностранных обучающихся.

Иностранные обучающиеся приняли активное участие в обсуждении выступлений. Информация о проведении международного форума будет представлена Посольству Индии в России.  

As it was previously agreed in the course of the visit of the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of India in the Russian Federation to the KSMU and in the Activity plan of the Ministry of Health of Russian, an international forum «Russia-India: 70 years of Collaborative Activities on health protection of citizens and health care development» in the Kursk state medical university took place on June 15-16, 2017 in the Kursk state medical university.

On the first day of the forum on June 15, 2017 there was held a workshop «Innovation technology of mastering practical medical skills» in the Center of accreditation and simulation training, where there were demonstrated the opportunities of students’ practical skills training for emergency medical treatment.

On June 16, 2017 at the international symposium in the conference hall there were heard and discussed the following reports:

 - Integration of KSMU into the international education space as a priority development field of the medical education – Vice-rector for continuous education and international cooperation Professor I.G. Komissinskaya;

- Training of Indian Students in KSMU: history, modern times, prospects – Dean of the international faculty Professor Yu.D. Lyashev. The report was dedicated to the history of the friendly relations between Russia and India, as well as to the first Indian students who arrived to study in KSMU;

- Genetic researches in KSMU – Professor of the department of biology, medical genetics and ecology A.V. Polonikov. In the course of the speech there were raised issues of genetic researches, methods of study and the latest technology used in the genetic laboratory of KSMU;

-The experience of the Kursk clinical school in the diagnostics and treatment of oncological diseases – Head of the oncology department, associate professor V.V. Khvostovoy. The speaker Yu.S. Vorona, Candidate of Medicine, assistant, told those present about the causes of occurrence of oncological diseases in Russia and India, about the outstanding oncologists of India, supporting his report with photos of patients at different stages of oncological diseases;

- International cooperation within the concept of university internationalization – Professor of the department of operative surgery and topographic anatomy named after A.D. Myasnikov V.A. Lipatov. The principal directions of internationalization of educational establishment of higher education were analyzed in the report of the junior research assistant of the experimental surgery and oncology laboratory of the research institute of experimental medicine Naimzada David using the example of the Kursk state medical university.

Other participants of the international forum: the Rectorate Advisor, Honorary Consul of Sri Lanka in Kursk M.T. Chahine, deans, heads of departments, the employees of the departments of surgical diseases No.1, of endocrinology, clinical pharmacology, general and clinical psychology, of the Administration for international relations, as well as the activists of the foreign students’ communities.

The foreign students took an active part in the discussion of the reports. The information about the international forum was provided to the Embassy of India in Russia.
