4 марта в библиотеке КГМУ на ул. Маяковского состоялась открытая лекция доцента кафедры общественного здоровья, организации и экономики здравоохранения ИНО В.И. Тимошилова "Наркологические расстройства и их профилактика в новых условиях". Мероприятие было проведено в рамках плана работы студенческого научного кружка кафедры.

В материал лекции вошли данные о динамике, территориальных и возрастных особенностях наркологических проблем последнего десятилетия. Особое внимание - факторам риска, в том числе связанных с пандемией коронавируса и ее последствиями и современными социально-политическими потрясениями. Многие научные выкладки – результат многолетней совместной работы со студентами, которые вносят значительный вклад в обработку данных региональных мониторинговых проектов. Ряд исследований 2023 – 2024 годов реализованы при поддержке гранта РНФ (https://rscf.ru/project/23-28-10301/).

Практическая ценность образовательного мероприятия связана с тем, что в лекции представлена доказательная база эффективности профилактических мероприятий и выстроены научно обоснованные модели профилактических программ для разных категорий молодежи – школьников, студентов естественнонаучного, технического и гуманитарного профиля. Подобные образовательные мероприятия регулярно проводятся не только в университете, но и на базе учреждений молодежной политики Курской области.

On March 4, an open lecture by V.I. Timoshilov, Associate Professor of the Department of Public Health, Organization and Economics of Healthcare of the Institute of Continuous Education, "Narcological Disorders and Their Prevention in New Conditions" was held in the library of the Kursk State Medical University on Mayakovsky Street. The event was held as part of the work plan of the student scientific circle of the department.

The lecture material included data on the dynamics, territorial and age characteristics of drug problems of the last decade. Particular attention is paid to risk factors, including those associated with the coronavirus pandemic and its consequences and modern socio-political upheavals. Many scientific calculations are the result of many years of joint work with students, who make a significant contribution to the processing of data from regional monitoring projects. A number of studies in 2023-2024 were implemented with the support of a grant from the Russian Science Foundation (https://rscf.ru/project/23-28-10301).

The practical value of the educational event is related to the fact that the study presents an evidence base of the effectiveness of preventive measures and builds scientifically substantiated models of preventive programs for different categories of young people - schoolchildren, students of natural sciences, technical and humanitarian profiles. Such educational events are regularly held not only at the university, but also on the basis of youth policy institutions of the Kursk region.
