Всероссийская научно-практическая конференция с международным участием «Здоровье населения: социальная регуляция в условиях кризиса» состоялась 13-14 мая 2021 года в Курском государственном медицинском университете.

Организаторами конференции выступили кафедра общественного здоровья и здравоохранения ФГБОУ ВО «Курский государственный медицинский университет» Минздрава России (зав. кафедрой – доктор социол. наук, доцент Т.Н. Каменева) и Институт социально-политических исследований Федерального научно-исследовательского социологического центра РАН (зам. директора по научной и научно-образовательной деятельности ИСПИ ФНИСЦ РАН, руководитель Центра социологии молодежи - доктор социол. наук, профессор Ю.А. Зубок).

В смешанном формате в работе конференции участвовали более 60 учёных, как из России, так и из других стран. Российские ученые из Москвы (ФНИСЦ РАН, МГИМО, МГМСУ им. А.И. Евдокимова Минздрава России, РГСУ и др.), Курска (КГУ, КГМУ, КАГИМС), Ростова-на-Дону (Южный федеральный университет), Барнаула (Алтайский филиал РАНХиГС), Белгорода (БелГУ), Тюмени (ТГНУ).

Целью конференции явился обмен опытом и знаниями, расширение возможностей сотрудничества в образовательном и медицинском сегменте, что соответствует задачам конкретной реализации стратегических планов в сфере здоровьесбережения населения. В течение двух дней обсуждались ключевые проблемы и противоречия в социальных практиках социальной регуляции и саморегуляции жизнедеятельности в условиях пандемии, пути сохранения и защиты здоровья различных групп населения, организации медицинской и социальной помощи.

Программа конференции была насыщенной, обсуждались актуальные проблемы общественного здоровья, цифровой трансформации здравоохранения и медицинского образования, вопросы государственного регулирования в сфере охраны здоровья, совершенствования технологий здоровьесбережения в условиях кризиса. Много докладов было посвящено проблеме отношения населения к здоровью и здоровому образу жизни в условиях пандемии COVID-19.

Подобные научные мероприятия способствуют расширению международных и межрегиональных контактов и отрывают новые возможности для дальнейшего плодотворного сотрудничества.

ALL-RUSSIAN SCIENTIFIC AND PRACTICAL CONFERENCE WITH INTERNATIONAL PARTICIPATION "POPULATION HEALTH: SOCIAL REGULATION IN THE CONDITIONS OF A CRISIS"

The All-Russian Scientific and Practical Conference with International Participation "Population Health: Social Regulation in the Conditions of a Crisis" was held on May 13-14, 2021 at Kursk State Medical University.

The conference was organized by the Department of Public Health and Healthcare of FSBEE HE "Kursk State Medical University" of the Ministry of Health of Russia (Head of the department - Doctor of Sociology, Associate Professor T.N. Kameneva) and Social and Political Research Institute of Federal Research Sociological Center of the Russian Academy of Sciences ( Deputy Director for Research and Educational Activities of SPRI FRSC RAS, Head of the Center for Youth Sociology - Doctor of Sociology, Professor Yu.A. Zubok).

More than 60 scientists from both Russia and other countries took part in the conference in a mixed format. Russian scientists from Moscow (FRSC RAS, Moscow State Institute of International Relations, Moscow State University of Medicine and Dentistry named after A.I. Evdokimov of the Ministry of Health of Russia, RSSU, etc.), Kursk (KSU, KSMU, Kursk Academy of State and Municipal Service), Rostov-on-Don (Southern Federal University), Barnaul (Altai branch of Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration), Belgorod (BelSU), Tyumen (Tyumen State Oil-Gas University).

The purpose of the conference was to exchange experience and knowledge, expand opportunities for cooperation in the educational and medical segment, which corresponds to the tasks of specific implementation of strategic plans in the field of public health protection. During two days, they discussed key problems and contradictions in social practices of social regulation and self-regulation of vital activity in conditions of the pandemic, ways of preserving and protecting health of various population groups and the organization of medical and social assistance.

The conference program was rich: topical issues of public health, digital transformation of healthcare and medical education, issues of state regulation in the field of health protection, improvement of health preservation technologies in a crisis were discussed. Many reports were devoted to the problem of public attitudes towards health and healthy lifestyle in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Such scientific events contribute to the expansion of international and interregional contacts and open up new opportunities for further fruitful cooperation.
