23 октября 2025 года в КГМУ состоялось межкафедральное заседание студенческих научных кружков кафедры внутренних болезней №1 и оториноларингологии на тему «Артериальная гипертензия и нейросенсорная тугоухость. Аудиометрия как метод диагностики тугоухости. Техника проведения»

Высокая распространенность артериальной гипертензии среди населения делает крайне актуальной проблему ее системных осложнений, включая и нейросенсорную тугоухость. Данное осложнение требует тесного взаимодействия кардиологов и оториноларингологов для эффективного ведения пациентов. Ведущее место в диагностическом алгоритме занимает тональная пороговая аудиометрия, обладающая высокой диагностической информативностью в отношении характера и уровня повреждения слухового анализатора. Доступность и простота выполнения аудиометрии позволяют охватить широкие слои пациентов. Своевременная диагностика создает условия для раннего начала аудиологической реабилитации, учитывающей индивидуальные особенности пациента, что максимально повышает ее эффективность и обеспечивает значительное улучшение функциональных возможностей и прогноза на будущее.

В данном мероприятии приняли участие студенты 4-6 курсов международного медицинского института, лечебного, педиатрического факультетов и преподавательский состав кафедр. 

В рамках заседания СНК были заслушаны доклады на русском и английском языках в билингвальном формате: 

- «Артериальная гипертензия и нейросенсорная тугоухость» Докладчик: Гончаров Иван Михайлович, 3гр 5 курс Лечебный факультет. Руководитель: к.м.н., доцент Хардикова Е.М.

- «Нейросенсорная тугоухость. Аудиометрия как метод диагностики тугоухости: техника проведения» Докладчик: Бубликова Ольга Юрьевна, 2гр 4 курс Педиатрический факультет. Руководитель: к.м.н., доцент Честникова С.Э.

Участники межкафедрального заседания СНК обсудили актуальность, диагностику и лечение тугоухости у больных артериальной гипертензией. Особое внимание в ходе заседания было уделено практическому освоению аудиометрии. Участники получили возможность самостоятельно провести исследование и проанализировать результаты. По итогам заседания участники научились определять пороги слышимости по воздушной и костной проводимости, строить аудиограммы с их последующей интерпретацией для дифференциальной диагностики нейросенсорной тугоухости.

Audiometry as a method of diagnosing hearing loss. Technique of conducting"

The high prevalence of arterial hypertension among the population makes the problem of its systemic complications, including sensorineural hearing loss, extremely urgent. This complication requires close cooperation between cardiologists and otorhinolaryngologists for effective patient management. The leading place in the diagnostic algorithm is occupied by tonal threshold audiometry, which has a high diagnostic information value regarding the nature and level of damage to the auditory analyzer. The accessibility and ease of performing audiometry make it possible to reach a wide range of patients. Timely diagnosis creates the conditions for an early start of audiological rehabilitation, taking into account the individual characteristics of the patient, which maximizes its effectiveness and provides a significant improvement in functionality and prognosis for the future.

The event was attended by students of 4-6 courses of the International Medical Institute, medical and pediatric faculties and teaching staff of departments. 

During the meeting of the Student Scientific Circle, reports were presented in Russian and English in a bilingual format.:

- "Sensorineural hearing loss. Audiometry as a method of diagnosing hearing loss: technique of conducting" Speaker: Olga Bublikova, 2nd group, 4th year, Faculty of Pediatrics. Supervisor: Candidate of Medical Sciences, Associate Professor S.E. Chestnikova.

The participants of the interdepartmental meeting of the student scientific circle discussed the relevance, diagnosis and treatment of hearing loss in patients with arterial hypertension. During the meeting, special attention was paid to the practical development of audiometry. The participants had the opportunity to conduct their own research and analyze the results. Following the meeting, the participants learned how to determine hearing thresholds based on air and bone conduction, and build audiograms with their subsequent interpretation for the differential diagnosis of sensorineural hearing loss.
