В рамках Года народного искусства и нематериального культурного наследия народов России, 20 октября в библиотеке КГМУ состоялось открытие выставки-дефиле «Костюмы народов мира», которая объединила в себе две уникальные коллекции: рукотворных текстильных кукол в традиционных костюмах Черноземья и фарфоровых кукол в костюмах народов мира с общим количеством около 100 экспонатов.

Прологом открытия стало выступление народного ансамбля русской песни «Околица» Горшеченского РДТ под руководством Елены Чернышенко. Ансамбль не только подарил песенное творчество, но и в формате «дефиле» продемонстрировал дизайнерские костюмы с куклами в аналогичных нарядах.

С приветственным словом к участникам выступил проректор по образовательной деятельности и общим вопросам университета Василий Петрович Гаврилюк. Он тонко заметил, что мероприятие вызвало неподдельный интерес у молодежи. В знак признательности Василий Петрович вручил благодарности участникам выставки-дефиле за личной подписью ректора КГМУ Виктора Анатольевича Лазаренко.

Первую коллекцию представила мастер текстильной куклы Елена Викторовна Тихонова из п. Горшечное Курской области, которая вот уже без малого 20 лет занимается деятельностью по сохранению и возрождению древнейшего ремесла – созданию традиционной текстильной куклы. Елена Викторовна рассказала присутствующим о своей коллекции кукол, раскрыла таинство творческого процесса создания куклы.

Об особенностях второй частной коллекции фарфоровых кукол в костюмах народов мира, предоставленной заведующим университетской библиотекой Алиной Вячеславовной Даниловой, поделилась главный библиотекарь Ирина Николаевна Хохлова. Её увлекательный рассказ об изумительном собрании экспонатов сопровождался демонстрацией самих кукол, что позволило присутствующим окунуться в самобытный, красочный и загадочный мир национального костюма народов России и стран СНГ.

Финалом стало более близкое знакомство с экспозицией всех присутствующих. Не обошлось и без общих фотографий зрительской аудитории с участниками открытия выставки-дефиле. Куклы в народных костюмах восхитили посетителей выставки, зарядили оптимизмом, придали настроению посетителей праздничность и веселье.

Организаторы уверены, что выставочное университетское пространство, объединившее любителей кукол в народных костюмах, подарит массу незабываемых впечатлений всем посетителям выставки.

Экспозиция продлится до 1 ноября.

OPENING OF THE EXHIBITION "COSTUMES OF THE PEOPLES OF THE WORLD"

As part of the Year of Folk Art and Intangible Cultural Heritage of the Peoples of Russia, on October 20, the library of KSMU hosted the opening of the "Costumes of the Peoples of the World" exhibition-defile, which brought together two unique collections: man-made textile dolls in traditional costumes of the Black Earth region and porcelain dolls in costumes of the peoples of the world, about 100 exhibits in total.

The event started with the performance of the folk ensemble of the Russian song "Okolitsa" of Gorshechensky District Art Center under the leadership of Elena Chernyshenko. The ensemble not only presented song art, but also showed designer costumes with dolls in similar outfits in the format of a "defile".

Vice-Rector for Educational Activity and General Affairs of the University Vasily Petrovich Gavrilyuk delivered a welcoming speech to the participants. He subtly noticed that the event aroused genuine interest among young people. As a token of gratitude, Vasily Petrovich presented letters of acknowledgment to the participants of the exhibition-defile under the personal signature of the rector of KSMU Victor Anatolyevich Lazarenko.

The first collection was presented by the master of the textile doll Elena Viktorovna Tikhonova from the village of Gorshchechnoye of the Kursk region, who has been engaged in the preservation and revival of the oldest craft – the creation of a traditional textile doll - for almost 20 years. Elena Viktorovna told the audience about her collection of dolls, revealed the mystery of the creative process of creating a doll.

The chief librarian Irina Nikolaevna Khokhlova told about features of the second private collection of porcelain dolls in costumes of the peoples of the world provided by the head of the university library Alina Vyacheslavovna Danilova. Her fascinating story about the amazing collection of exhibits was accompanied by a demonstration of the dolls themselves, which allowed the audience to plunge into the original, colorful and mysterious world of the national costume of the peoples of Russia and the CIS countries.

The event ended with a closer acquaintance of all those present with the exposition. There were also shared photos of the audience with the participants of the opening of the exhibition-fashion show. Dolls in folk costumes delighted the visitors of the exhibition, charged with optimism, gave the mood of the visitors festivity and fun.

The organizers are confident that the exhibition university space, which brought together lovers of dolls in folk costumes, will give a lot of unforgettable impressions to all visitors of the exhibition.

The exposition will last until November 1.
