Для укрепления отношений и сотрудничества между Россией и Шри-Ланкой в секторе здравоохранения и продвижения взаимодействия в сфере молодежной науки и медицинского образования 14 мая 2026 года в Курском государственном медицинской университете в рамках IV Международной научно-практической конференции «Проблемы общественного здоровья, организации здравоохранения и фармации: взгляд и идеи молодых ученых», посвященной 91-летию КГМУ, Году единства народов России, проводимой в рамках Десятилетия науки и технологий в Российской Федерации, на кафедре общественного здоровья, организации и экономики здравоохранения Института непрерывного образования состоялась секция «Problems of public health and healthcare system of Sri Lanka». Модератором выступила профессор кафедры, д.м.н., Лопухова Виктория Александровна.

Студенты из Шри-Ланки Международного медицинского института Курского государственного медицинского университета – участники студенческого научного общества кафедры общественного здоровья, организации и экономики здравоохранения Института непрерывного образования представили 11 докладов.

Особое внимание было посвящено организации первичной медико-санитарной помощи взрослому и детскому населению, продвижению здорового образа жизни, доступности медицинской помощи в городских и сельских районах Шри-Ланки.

Все выступления получили высокую оценку слушателей и вызвали оживленную дискуссию. В рамках секции «Problems of public health and healthcare system of Sri Lanka» был проведен конкурс на лучший научный доклад.

Nixon Minoli Zagariya награждена Диплом II степени;

PUBLIC HEALTH AND HEALTHCARE IN SRI LANKA: VIEWS AND IDEAS OF YOUNG SCIENTISTS

To strengthen relations and cooperation between Russia and Sri Lanka in the healthcare sector and promote interaction in the field of youth science and medical education, on May 14, 2026, at Kursk State Medical University, in the Department of Public Health, Organization and Economics of Healthcare of the Institute of Continuous Education, At the IV International Scientific and Practical Conference "Problems of public health, Healthcare organization and Pharmacy: the view and ideas of young scientists", dedicated to the 91^st anniversary of KSMU, the Year of Unity of the Peoples of Russia, held within the framework of the Decade of Science and Technology in the Russian Federation, the Department of Public Health, Organization and Economics of Healthcare held a section "Problems of public health and healthcare system of Sri Lanka". The moderator was Professor of the Department, Doctor of Medical Sciences Lopukhova Victoria Alexandrovna.

Particular attention was paid to the organization of primary medical care for adults and children, the promotion of healthy lifestyles and the availability of medical care in urban and rural areas of Sri Lanka.

All the presentations were highly appreciated by the audience and sparked a lively discussion. A competition for the best scientific paper was held in the "Problems of Public Health and Healthcare System in Sri Lanka" section.

Nixon Minoli Zagariya was awarded a 2ND DEGREE DIPLOMA;
