23-24 марта 2018 года Курский государственный медицинский университет с официальным визитом посетила делегация Посольства Королевства Таиланд в РФ в составе поверенного в делах мистера Подж Харнпол, министра-советника по политическим вопросам мистера Чаннаронг Путчахароен и начальника консульского отдела мисс Павинрат Махагуна.

23 марта иностранные гости посетили Областной перинатальный центр, где главный врач В.И. Крестинина провела обширную экскурсию и наглядно продемонстрировала новейшее европейское оборудование перинатального центра. Делегация Посольства также посетила лаборатории интерактивного тренинга центра аккредитации и симуляционного обучения, музей анатомии и кафедру оперативной хирургии.

В этот же день состоялась встреча ректора КГМУ, заслуженного врача Российской Федерации, депутата Курской областной Думы, доктора медицинских наук, профессора В.А. Лазаренко с членами делегации. На встрече также присутствовали председатель комитета Администрации Курской области по развитию внешних связей С.А. Дорош, начальник отдела высшего образования и науки комитета образования и науки Курской области И.А. Степанова, заместитель начальника отдела разрешительно-визовой работы управления по вопросам миграции УМВД РФ по Курской области С.В. Гриднева, проректор по научной работе и инновационному развитию П.В. Ткаченко, проректор по непрерывному образованию и международному сотрудничеству И.Г. Комиссинская, проректор по лечебной работе и взаимодействию с клиническими базами И.Г. Хмелевская, проректор по воспитательной работе, социальному развитию и связям с общественностью Т.А. Шульгина, декан международного факультета Ю.Д. Ляшев, начальник управления по международным связям Ю.Ш. Иобидзе, советник при ректорате М.Т. Шехине.

Встречу открыл ректор КГМУ профессор В.А. Лазаренко, который представил гостям обширную информацию о КГМУ. На встрече обсуждались вопросы сотрудничества и тесного взаимодействия между университетом и Посольством, содействия в установлении сотрудничества с руководством университета Кхон Каен в рамках действующего договора о сотрудничестве. Председатель комитета Администрации Курской области по развитию внешних связей С.А. Дорош от имени губернатора Курской области А.Н. Михайлова пригласила членов делегации принять участие в Среднерусском Экономическом Форуме 2018 и XVIII Межрегиональной универсальной оптово-розничной ярмарке «Курская Коренская ярмарка-2018». Начальник управления по международным связям Ю.Ш. Иобидзе рассказал гостям о воспитательной работе с иностранными обучающимися, в том числе адаптационных мероприятиях, которые проводятся управлением по международным связям и направлены на решение проблем иностранных студентов.

24 марта делегация Таиланда ознакомилась с достопримечательностями г. Курска, посетила краеведческий музей.

По результатам визита намечены мероприятия по повышению эффективности взаимодействия КГМУ с Посольством Таиланда, увеличения количества студентов из Таиланда, установления международного сотрудничества с университетом Кхон Каен.

THE DELEGATION OF THE EMBASSY OF THAILAND VISITED KSMU

On March 23-24, 2018 the delegation of the Embassy of the Kingdom of Thailand to the Russian Federation made an official visit to Kursk state medical university, the Embassy represented by Charge d'Affaires Mr. Poj Harnpol, Minister Counsellor for political affairs Mr. Channarong Phutthacharoen and Head of Consular Section Ms. Pawinrat Mahaguna.

On March 23 the foreign guests visited the Regional perinatal center, where the chief physician V.I. Krestinina gave an extensive tour and clearly demonstrated the newest European equipment of the perinatal center. The delegation of the Embassy also visited the interactive training laboratories of the Center of accreditation and simulation training, the anatomy Museum and the Department of operative surgery.

The meeting of the rector of KSMU, Honored Physician of the Russian Federation, Deputy of the Kursk Regional Duma, Doctor of Medicine Professor V.A. Lazarenko with the members of the delegation took place later in the day. Also present at the meeting were the chairman of the Committee for external relations development of the Kursk region administration S.A. Dorosh, the head of the Department of higher education and science of the Committee for education and science of the Kursk region I.A. Stepanova, the deputy head of the department of licensing and visa work of the Directorate for Migration Affairs of the Administration of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs in the Kursk region S.V. Gridneva, the vice-rector for research and innovation development Associate Professor P.V. Tkachenko, the vice-rector for continuous education and international cooperation Professor I.G. Komissinskaya, the vice-rector for clinical work and interaction with the clinical bases Professor I.G. Khmelevskaya, the vice-rector for educational work, social development and public relations Associate Professor T.A. Shulgina, the Dean of the international faculty Yu.D. Lyashev, the head of the Administration for international relations Yu.Sh. Iobidze, the Rectorate Advisor M.T. Chahine.

The meeting was opened by the rector of KSMU Professor V.A. Lazarenko, who provided the guests with abundant information about KSMU. The issues of cooperation and close interaction between the university and the Embassy, assistance in establishing cooperation with the chief executives of Khon Kaen University under the existing cooperation agreement were discussed at the meeting. On behalf of the Governor of the Kursk region A.N. Mikhailov, the chairman of the Committee for external relations development of the Kursk region administration S.A. Dorosh invited the delegation members to take part in the Central Russian Economic Forum-2018 and the XVIII Inter-regional universal wholesale and retail fair "Kursk Korenskaya Fair-2018". The head of the Administration for international relations Yu.Sh. Iobidze told the guests about the educational work with the foreign students, including the adaptation measures conducted by the Administration for international relations and aimed at solving the problems of the foreign students.

On March 24 the delegation of Thailand got acquainted with the sights of Kursk and visited the Museum of local lore.

As a result of the visit there were defined measures for improving the efficiency of the interaction between KSMU and the Embassy of Thailand, increasing the number of students from Thailand, establishing international cooperation with Khon Kaen University.
