Celebrating Excellence: From 21/05/2025 to 23/05/2025 International Medical Institute (KSMU) students shine at the XVIII Intra-University Surgical Olympiad named after A.D. Myasnikov

We are thrilled to congratulate our talented students from the International Medical Institute (IMI), Surgical Skills club of the Department of Traumatology and Orthopedics for their outstanding achievements at the recent Olympiad in Topographic Anatomy and Operative Surgery! The competition, organized by the Department of Topographic Anatomy and Operative Surgery, brought together skilled participants who demonstrated exceptional surgical knowledge and practical expertise.  

There were 13 teams from KSMU (IMI) that participated in different competitions like abdominal surgery, operative gynecology, plastic surgery, vascular surgery, thoracic surgery, and trauma surgery. In addition, there were 16 students who participated in surgical knot competitions.

Our IMI students showcased their proficiency across various competition, earning well-deserved recognition. Here are the highlights of their success:
