26 ноября 2025 года состоялось седьмое заседание СНК патофизиологии на тему «Роль регуляторных пептидов в механизмах ожирения». Ответственный преподаватель — зав. каф., д.м.н., профессор И.И. Бобынцев. В заседании приняли участие студенты лечебного, педиатрического факультетов и Международного медицинского института.

Актуальность темы заседания обусловлена ростом числа лиц, страдающих ожирением.
 В ходе заседания доклады представили:
1. «Ожирение: современные взгляды на проблему» — студентка 3 курса 8 группы лечебного факультета Новикова Ирина Игоревна
2. «Ожирение и патология человека» — студентка 3 курса 8 группы лечебного факультета Перепелкина Диана Юрьевна
3. «Влияние грелина, холецистокинина, глюкагоноподобного гормона и пептида YY на метаболическое ожирение» — студент 3 курса 4 группы лечебного факультета Иванюк Сергей Александрович
4. «Проблема ожирения в Азии» — студентка 3 курса 9 группы ММИ Диссанаяке Диссанаяке Мудиянселаге Рашми

В настоящее время проблема ожирения распространяется по всему миру. Одной из особенностей этой патологии является то, что ряд заболеваний (таких как сахарный диабет, атеросклероз и т.д.) могут провоцировать ожирение, как и ожирение является фактором риска их развития. Докладчики рассказали о патогенезе первичного и вторичного ожирения, современных методах диагностики и патологиях, сопряженных с избыточной массой тела. Особое внимание было уделено роли регуляторных пептидов (грелина, холецистокинина, лептина) в механизмах развития ожирения. Их изучение явилось «прорывом» в научной области. Студентка ММИ подробно затронула проблему ожирения в Азии, объяснив все ключевые факторы, способствующие его распространению в странах.

Игорь Иванович подчеркнул важность комплексного подхода к лечению ожирения. Необходимы регулярные физические нагрузки, коррекция питания с увеличением количества белковых продуктов.

Currently, the problem of obesity is spreading all over the world. One of the features of this pathology is that a number of diseases (such as diabetes mellitus, atherosclerosis, etc.) can provoke obesity, as well as obesity is a risk factor for their development. The speakers talked about the pathogenesis of primary and secondary obesity, modern diagnostic methods and pathologies associated with overweight. Special attention was paid to the role of regulatory peptides (ghrelin, cholecystokinin, leptin) in the mechanisms of obesity development. Their study was a "breakthrough" in the scientific field. The MMI student addressed the problem of obesity in Asia in detail, explaining all the key factors contributing to its spread in the countries.

Igor Ivanovich emphasized the importance of a comprehensive approach to the treatment of obesity. Regular physical activity is necessary, nutrition correction with an increase in the amount of protein products.
