11 декабря 2025 года состоялось Межкафедральное мультидисциплинарное заседание СНК кафедры микробиологии, вирусологии, иммунологии и кафедры внутренних болезней №1, посвященное проблеме, сохраняющей свою исключительную медико-социальную значимость: «Инфекция Helicobacter pylori как междисциплинарная проблема».

Открывая заседание, к.м.н., доцент кафедры внутренних болезней №1 Хардикова Елена Михайловна в своем вступительном слове всесторонне обосновала актуальность темы. Она подчеркнула, что несмотря на десятилетия, прошедшие с момента открытия бактерии, H. pylori остается глобальным патогеном, инфицирующим более половины населения мира. Его роль как ведущего этиологического фактора хронического гастрита, язвенной болезни и рака желудка (канцероген I группы) является доказанной и определяет высокую клиническую значимость. Современные вызовы, такие как повсеместный рост антибиотикорезистентности, делают вопросы оптимизации диагностики и индивидуального выбора эрадикационной терапии центральными в практическом здравоохранении. Таким образом, проблема требует консолидации усилий не только гастроэнтерологов и микробиологов, но и врачей множества других специальностей.

В ходе заседания с научными докладами выступили студенты:

Высокий научный уровень, глубина проработки материала и четкость изложения представленных докладов вызвали продуктивную дискуссию, что ярко продемонстрировало вовлеченность и заинтересованность всех участников - обучающихся 3 и 5 курсов лечебного и педиатрического факультетов, а также студентов Международного медицинского института. Этот живой профессиональный диалог не только подтвердил широкий интерес к актуальной проблеме, но и на практике показал важность консолидации знаний из разных дисциплин для решения комплексных медицинских задач, одновременно укрепив научно-практические связи между кафедрами.

On December 11, 2025, an Interdepartmental multidisciplinary meeting of the Council of People's Commissars of the Department of Microbiology, Virology, Immunology and the Department of Internal Diseases No. 1 was held, dedicated to a problem that retains its exceptional medical and social significance: "Helicobacter pylori infection as an interdisciplinary problem."

Opening the meeting, Elena Mikhailovna Khardikova, associate professor of the Department of Internal Diseases No. 1, comprehensively substantiated the relevance of the topic in her introductory speech. She stressed that despite the decades that have passed since the discovery of the bacterium, H. pylori remains a global pathogen infecting more than half of the world's population. Its role as a leading etiological factor in chronic gastritis, peptic ulcer and gastric cancer (a group I carcinogen) is proven and determines its high clinical significance. Modern challenges, such as the widespread growth of antibiotic resistance, make the issues of optimizing diagnosis and individual choice of eradication therapy central to practical healthcare. Thus, the problem requires the consolidation of efforts not only of gastroenterologists and microbiologists, but also of doctors of many other specialties.

The high scientific level, the depth of the study of the material and the clarity of the presentation of the presented reports caused a productive discussion, which vividly demonstrated the involvement and interest of all participants - students of the 3rd and 5th courses of the medical and pediatric faculties, as well as students of the International Medical Institute. This lively professional dialogue not only confirmed the broad interest in the current problem, but also showed in practice the importance of consolidating knowledge from different disciplines to solve complex medical problems, while strengthening scientific and practical ties between departments.
