В период 16-17 мая 2022 года на базе кафедры психиатрии и психосоматики ФГБОУ ВО КГМУ Минздрава России в дистанционном формате состоялась Всероссийская научно-практическая конференция «Актуальные вопросы психиатрии, наркологии и медицинской психологии», посвященная памяти профессора Альберта Вазгеновича Погосова. 
В конференции приняли участие сотрудники кафедр психиатрии, наркологии и медицинской психологии ведущих ВУЗов России: Первого Московского государственного медицинского университета им. И.М. Сеченова, Российского национального исследовательского медицинского университета им. Н.И. Пирогова, Московского государственного медико-стоматологического университета им. А.И. Евдокимова, Казанского государственного медицинского университета, Российского университета дружбы народов, Ставропольского государственного медицинского университета, Российского государственного педагогического университета им. А.И. Герцена, Курского государственного медицинского университета и ряда других ведущих медицинских организаций из 18 Федеральных округов Российской Федерации, а также коллеги из ближнего и дальнего зарубежья.
С приветственным словом к участникам конференции обратились: проректор по образовательной деятельности и общим вопросам, заведующий кафедрой детской хирургии и педиатрии Института непрерывного образования, доктор медицинских наук, доцент Василий Петрович Гаврилюк; вице-президент Российского общества психиатров, член-корреспондент РАН, заслуженный деятель науки РФ, доктор медицинских наук, профессор Борис Дмитриевич Цыганков; главный психиатр Курской области, главный врач Курской клинической психиатрической больницы им. святого великомученика и целителя Пантелеимона, депутат Курской областной Думы Юрий Валерьевич Рощин.
Выступившие отметили огромный вклад профессора А.В. Погосова в развитие Курской научной психиатрической школы. На протяжении ряда лет он был председателем правления Курского отделения Российского общества психиатров, являлся академиком РАЕН и Академии высшего образования Украины, входил в редакционные советы Российских и зарубежных изданий по психиатрии и наркологии. Под его руководством в диссертационных советах Москвы, Томска и Санкт-Петербурга защищены 17 кандидатских диссертаций. Один из создателей и бессменный руководитель на протяжении 17-ти лет кафедры психиатрии и психосоматики КГМУ Альберт Вазгенович запомнился как талантливый ученый и руководитель, грамотный врач, отзывчивый коллега и учитель для многих участников конференции. 
В течение двух дней работы конференции был заслушан и обсуждён 31 научный доклад, среди которых наибольший интерес у участников форума вызвали доклады ведущих ученых нашей страны в области психиатрии и медицинской психологии:
- заведующего кафедрой психиатрии, наркологии и психотерапии факультета дополнительного последипломного образования Московского государственного медико-стоматологического университета им. А.И. Евдокимова, член-корреспондента РАН, заслуженного деятеля науки РФ, доктора медицинских наук, профессора Бориса Дмитриевича Цыганкова на тему: «Психические нарушения в условиях пандемии COVID-19»;
- директора клиники пограничных состояний, заведующего кафедрой психиатрии, психотерапии и медицинской психологии Ставропольского государственного медицинского университета, член-корреспондента Академии военных наук РФ, заслуженного врача РФ, доктора медицинских наук, профессора Игоря Викторовича Боева, на тему: «Пограничная аномальная личность в конституциональном личностном континууме»;
- заведующего кафедрой психиатрии и медицинской психологии Казанского государственного медицинского университета, доктора медицинских наук, профессор Владимира Давыдовича Менделевича, на тему: «Спектр тревожных расстройств: дифференциальная диагностика ради таргетной терапии»;
- профессора кафедры психиатрии, психотерапии и психосоматической патологии  «Российского университета дружбы народов», доктора медицинских наук, профессора Юрия Павловича Сиволапа, на тему: «Нейротрансмиссия и нейропсихиатрия»;
- заведующего кафедрой общей и клинической психологии Курского государственного медицинского университета, доктора психологических наук, профессора Татьяны Дмитриевны Василенко: «Медицинская психология: методологические проблемы, пути разрешения».
По единодушному мнению организаторов и участников конференция прошла в плодотворной и творческой дискуссии, в атмосфере конструктивного диалога и обмена опытом и мнениями.

ALL-RUSSIAN SCIENTIFIC AND PRACTICAL CONFERENCE "TOPICAL ISSUES OF PSYCHIATRY, NARCOLOGY AND MEDICAL PSYCHOLOGY", DEDICATED TO THE MEMORY OF PROFESSOR ALBERT VAZGENOVICH POGOSOV

In the period of May 16-17, 2022, the All-Russian Scientific and Practical conference "Topical issues of Psychiatry, Narcology and Medical Psychology", dedicated to the memory of Professor Albert Vazgenovich Pogosov, was held on the basis of the Department of Psychiatry and Psychosomatics of the KSMU of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation in a remote format.
The conference was attended by employees of the Departments of Psychiatry, Narcology and medical Psychology of the leading universities of Russia: I.M. Sechenov First Moscow State Medical University, N.I. Pirogov Russian National Research Medical University, A.I. Evdokimov Moscow State Medical and Dental University, Kazan State Medical University, Peoples' Friendship University of Russia, Stavropol State Medical University, Russian State Pedagogical University. A.I. Herzen, Kursk State Medical University and a number of other leading medical organizations from 18 Federal Districts of the Russian Federation, as well as colleagues from near and far abroad.
The conference participants were greeted by: Vice-Rector for Educational Activities and General Issues, Head of the Department of Pediatric Surgery and Pediatrics of the Institute of Continuing Education, Doctor of Medical Sciences, Associate Professor Vasily Petrovich Gavrilyuk; Vice-President of the Russian Society of Psychiatrists, Corresponding Member of the Russian Academy of Sciences, Honored Scientist of the Russian Federation, Doctor of Medical Sciences, Professor Boris Dmitrievich Tsygankov; Chief psychiatrist of the Kursk region, chief physician of the Kursk Clinical Psychiatric Hospital. the Holy Great Martyr and healer Panteleimon, deputy of the Kursk Regional Duma Yuri Valeryevich Roshchin.
The speakers noted the huge contribution of Professor A.V. Pogosov to the development of the Kursk Scientific Psychiatric School. For a number of years, he was Chairman of the Board of the Kursk Branch of the Russian Society of Psychiatrists, was an academician of the Russian Academy of Sciences and the Academy of Higher Education of Ukraine, was on the editorial boards of Russian and foreign publications on psychiatry and narcology. Under his leadership, 17 candidate's dissertations were defended in the dissertation councils of Moscow, Tomsk and St. Petersburg. Albert Vazgenovich, one of the founders and permanent head of the Department of Psychiatry and Psychosomatics of KSMU for 17 years, was remembered as a talented scientist and leader, a competent doctor, a sympathetic colleague and teacher for many participants of the conference.
During the two days of the conference, 31 scientific reports were heard and discussed, among which the reports of leading scientists of our country in the field of psychiatry and medical psychology aroused the greatest interest among the forum participants:

- Director of the Borderline States Clinic, Head of the Department of Psychiatry, Psychotherapy and Medical Psychology of Stavropol State Medical University, Corresponding Member of the Academy of Military Sciences of the Russian Federation, Honored Doctor of the Russian Federation, Doctor of Medical Sciences, Professor Igor Viktorovich Boev, on the topic: "Borderline abnormal personality in the constitutional personality continuum";
-- Head of the Department of Psychiatry and Medical Psychology of Kazan State Medical University, Doctor of Medical Sciences, Professor Vladimir Davydovich Mendelevich, on the topic: "Spectrum of anxiety disorders: differential diagnosis for the sake of targeted therapy";
- Professor of the Department of Psychiatry, Psychotherapy and Psychosomatic Pathology of the Peoples' Friendship University of Russia, Doctor of Medical Sciences, Professor Yuri Pavlovich Sivolap, on the topic: "Neurotransmission and neuropsychiatry";
- Head of the Department of General and Clinical Psychology of Kursk State Medical University, Doctor of Psychological Sciences, Professor Tatiana Dmitrievna Vasilenko: "Medical psychology: methodological problems, solutions".
According to the unanimous opinion of the organizers and participants, the conference was held in a fruitful and creative discussion, in an atmosphere of constructive dialogue and exchange of experience and opinions.
