В конце октября в г. Москва состоялись два значимых для медицинского сообщества мероприятия, организованных профессиональными ассоциациями детских хирургов и травматологов-ортопедов.

С 21 по 23 октября 2021 года на базе ведущих клиник г. Москва – ДГКБ № 9 им. Г.Н. Сперанского и ДГКБ им. Н.Ф. Филатова состоялся VII Форум детских хирургов России с международным участием. Форум детских хирургов России является крупнейшим научно-практическим мероприятием, посвященным обсуждению детской хирургии, собирающим в качестве участников как признанных мастеров хирургии детского возраста и руководителей профильных стационаров, центров, институтов, служб и отделений, так и молодых врачей, а также врачей смежных специальностей. Традиционно Форум является площадкой для обсуждения сложных клинических наблюдений, результатов оригинальных клинических исследований, внедрению новых методик лечения и выполнения оперативных вмешательств. В работе Форума очное участие принял сотрудник КГМУ – к.м.н., ассистент кафедры детской хирургии и педиатрии ИНО Северинов Д.А., который представил доклад «Заворот стенозированного участка кишки после перенесенного некротического энтероколит» в рамках видеосессии «Как Я это делаю».

21 и 22 октября 2021 года на площадках Центрального дома культуры железнодорожника (г. Москва) прошел VI Пироговский Форум травматологов-ортопедов, посвященный 50-летию кафедры травматологии, ортопедии и медицины катастроф МГМСУ имени А. И. Евдокимова, где также результаты собственных клинических наблюдений представил Северинов Д.А. в рамках секции «Сложные случаи в практике травматолога-ортопеда» - «Вариант остеосинтеза при переломе грудины у ребенка». За годы своего существования Пироговский форум снискал уважение профессионалов. Участвовать в нем почитают за честь как рядовые врачи, так и корифеи многих специальностей. Многогранность рассматриваемых и обсуждаемых тем не оставляет безучастным никого. Форум привлекает большое число не только травматологов-ортопедов, но и реабилитологов, ревматологов, детских хирургов и тех, кто каждый день занимается диагностикой, лечением и реабилитации больных с повреждением и заболеваниями опорно-двигательного аппарата.

Представленные работы были высоко оценены коллегами и послужили основой оживленной дискуссии.

KSMU AT THE VII FORUM OF CHILDREN'S SURGEONS OF RUSSIA AND AT THE VI PIROGOVSKY FORUM OF TRAUMATOLOGISTS-ORTHOPEDICS OF RUSSIA

At the end of October, Moscow hosted two important events for the medical community, organized by professional associations of pediatric surgeons and orthopedic traumatologists.

From 21 to 23 October 2021 on the basis of the leading clinics in Moscow - DGKB No. 9 named after G.N. Speransky and DGKB named after N.F. Filatov the VII Forum of Russian Pediatric Surgeons with international participation was hosted. The Forum of Pediatric Surgeons of Russia is the largest scientific and practical event dedicated to the discussion of pediatric surgery, gathering as participants both recognized masters of pediatric surgery and heads of specialized hospitals, centers, institutes, services and departments and young doctors, as well as doctors of related specialties. Traditionally, the Forum is a platform for discussing complex clinical observations, the results of original clinical trials, the introduction of new treatment methods and the performance of surgical interventions. An employee of KSMU - candidate of medical sciences, assistant of the Department of Pediatric Surgery and Pediatrics of ICE Severinov D.A. took part in the work of the Forum and presented the report "Volvulus of the stenotic section of the intestine after suffering necrotizing enterocolitis" as part of the video session "How I do it ".

On October 21 and 22, 2021, the VI Pirogov Forum of Traumatologists and Orthopedists dedicated to the 50th anniversary of the Department of Traumatology, Orthopedics and Emergency Medicine of the MGMSU named after A.I. Evdokimova, was hosted on the basis of the Central House of Culture of the Railway Worker (Moscow). There D.A. Severinov presented the results of his own clinical observations within the section "Difficult cases in the practice of a traumatologist-orthopedist" - "Option of osteosynthesis in case of fracture of the sternum in a child". Over the years of its existence, the Pirogov Forum has won the respect of professionals. Both ordinary doctors and luminaries of many specialties are honored to participate in it. The versatility of the topics considered and discussed does not leave anyone indifferent. The forum attracts a large number of not only traumatologists and orthopedists, but also rehabilitologists, rheumatologists, pediatric surgeons and those who every day are engaged in the diagnosis, treatment and rehabilitation of patients with injuries and diseases of the musculoskeletal system.

The presented papers were highly appreciated by colleagues and served as the basis for a lively discussion.
