Трудоустройство людей с ограниченными возможностями- основная тема прошедшего 26 февраля регионального форума «Общество без барьеров: право на труд и доступную среду для лиц с ОВЗ».

Здесь собрались представители бизнеса и власти, чтобы обсудить возможности и порядок сотрудничества в части обеспечения доступной среды и эффективного трудоустройства людей с ограниченными возможностями.

В повестке дня- привилегии для бизнеса по организации мест занятости для лиц ОВЗ, взаимодействие с вузами по подготовке кадров, условия для поддержки предпринимательских инициатив лиц с ОВЗ.

В составе спикеров форума выступил ректор КГМУ   В. А. Лазаренко

Виктор Анатольевич рассказал о том, что созданию   доступной среды для лиц с ОВЗ в Курском медуниверситете   уделяется особое внимание. Только в 2020 г. на решение эти задач  израсходовано почти 400 тыс. руб., более 500 тыс. руб. запланировано на 2021 год.

Утверждено Положение об организации инклюзивного сопровождения поступающих и обучающихся в КГМУ, предусмотрено обучение и образование лиц с ограниченными возможностями здоровья с использованием электронных технологий, адаптированы рабочие программы.

В 2019-2020г. 236 сотрудника повысили квалификацию по программе «Создание специальных условий для получения образования обучающимися инвалидами и лицами с ОВЗ».

На особом контроле вопросы трудоустройства выпускников с ограниченным возможностями и инвалидностью.

Для их решения разработана программа, включающая комплекс мероприятий, направленных на содействие трудоустройства таких выпускников: сформирован банк данных, который поддерживается в актуальном состоянии, регулярно проводится мониторинг рынка труда и оценивается состояние рабочих мест на основании информации, полученной от работодателей- партнеров КГМУ.

 На сайте университета есть специальный раздел «Для лиц с ОВЗ и инвалидностью», здесь размещена информация «В помощь выпускнику», «План мероприятий», «Вакансии».

 Результат такой регулярной, целенаправленной работы -60 % выпускников с ОВЗ и инвалидностью трудоустраиваются, остальные, как правило, продолжают обучение на следующем уровне образования.

V.A. LAZARENKO SHARED KSMU EXPERIENCE IN EMPLOYMENT OF GRADUATES WITH DISABILITIES AND HEALTH LIMITATIONS

Employment of people with disabilities is the main topic of the regional forum "Society Without Barriers: the Right for Work and Accessible Environment for People with Health Limitations" held on February 26.

Representatives of business and government gathered here to discuss opportunities and procedures for cooperation in providing an accessible environment and effective employment for people with disabilities.

The agenda included privileges for businesses on organization of employment places for people with health limitations, interaction with universities for personnel training, conditions for supporting business initiatives of people with disabilities.

Viktor Anatolyevich said that special attention is paid to the creation of an accessible environment for people with disabilities at Kursk State Medical University. In 2020 alone, almost 400 thousand rubles were spent on solving these problems, and it is planned to spend more than 500 thousand rubles for 2021.

The Regulation on the organization of inclusive support for applicants and students at KSMU was approved, training and education of persons with disabilities using electronic technologies was provided, work programs were adapted.

In 2019-2020 236 employees raised their qualifications under the program “Creation of Special Conditions for Education of Students with Disabilities and Persons with Health Limitations”.

The issues of employment of graduates with disabilities and health limitations are under special control.

In order to solve them, a program has been developed that includes a set of measures aimed at promoting the employment of such graduates: a data bank has been formed, which is kept up to date, the labor market is regularly monitored and the state of working places is assessed on the basis of the information received from employers-partners of KSMU.

As the result of such regular, purposeful work, 60% of graduates with disabilities and health limitations find jobs, the rest, as a rule, continue their studies at the next level of education.
