The annual gathering of the student’s scientific circle took place on February 16th 2026. It was dedicated to the current issues of implementation of Russians national projects for the 2024-2030 period. 

The participants were welcomed by Acting Head of the Department, Associate Professor O.V. Vlasova, who emphasized the importance of national projects as one of the key tools for the country's strategic development and the significance of studying them for the formation of professional competencies among future economists.

Reports were presented by 3rd-year students of Group 1 from the Faculty of Economics and Management.

I.M. Sipach presented a report titled "Summary of the Implementation of Russian National Projects in 2024." The presentation noted that all 14 completed national projects were fully implemented. Of the 255 macroeconomic indicators, 243 were achieved, with 199 indicators (78%) being exceeded. Special attention was given to achievements in the social sphere: the construction and modernization of medical facilities, a reduction in the unemployment rate to a historic low (2.5%), and GDP growth of 4.1%.

V.N. Strebizh delivered a report on "Key Priorities and Directions in the Implementation of State Priority Programs for the Period 2024–2030." Veronika Strebizh outlined the structure of the new stage of national development, noting that 19 new national projects, formed in accordance with the Decree of the President of the Russian Federation, were launched on January 1, 2025. Key projects in the social sector were examined in detail, including "Family," "Long and Active Life," and "Youth and Children."

D.I. Fetisova presented a report on "Prospects for the Implementation of Russian National Projects for 2025–2030, Considering the New Model of Economic Development." The presentation analyzed the possibilities of adapting regional economic systems to the tasks of the new stage, examined mechanisms for integrating the efforts of business, science, and education, and highlighted the role of digitalization in achieving the set goals. The report sparked a lively discussion among the meeting participants.

Not only students but also faculty members of the department took part in discussing the reports. Associate Professor N.S. Bushina and Associate Professor S.A. Belyaev highly praised the quality of the presented reports, noting the depth of the material and the practical significance of the analysis conducted.
