Meeting of the students scientific circle of the “Economics and management” and “Organisation, Management of Pharmacy” departments took place on December 18th.

The event united the students under a guidance of: acting head of department of Economics and Management, associate professor Vlaspva O. V., associate professor of the department of Organisation, Management of Pharmacy N. M. Sergeeva, and senior lecturer of the same department M. N. Nadgafova.

The topic of the meeting was: " Research on the effectiveness of healthcare organizations in the context of entrepreneurial development." The meeting addressed current issues in management and economics in medicine:
M.A. Lenshina (3rd year, Faculty of Dentistry) analyzed a financing model using the example of the Oryol Region's Children's Dental Clinic.
Kerimov G.E. (3rd year, Faculty of Dentistry) presented a report on the application of modern management methods in a dental clinic.
Khripkova E.S. (3rd year, Faculty of Dentistry) researched resource potential management based on the Kursk Regional State Healthcare Institution “Kursk Regional State Specialized Hospital.”
Strebizh V.N. (3rd year, Faculty of Economics and Management) analyzed the income and expenses of the KSMU dental clinic.
After the presentations, a round table discussion was held, during which participants actively discussed the practical aspects of providing paid medical services, as well as ways to optimize the use of material and financial resources in healthcare institutions.
